As per decision of SEC, trading of the shares of the company will be held in Demat form with effect from January 26, 2009. In this respect, trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the spot market on January 20, 2009 and trading of the shares will remain suspended during January 21-25, 2009 for finalization of Demat process.
